Coordination status - Delinquint Technical Information

Coordination Status of systems for which the SLVRC
has not received current Technical Information.

This information is as of October 15, 2009.

It has been the Council's practice to require full Technical Information Reports on all coordinated
systems only every three years and when technical or administrative changes
were to be made. Basic 'no-changes' reports have been requested in the intervening
years for those systems where there had been no technical or administrative changes
since their previous full report.

However, from time to time it is necessary to verify and update the
information on all systems. All system sponsors were requested to
file full Technical Information Reports in 2008, by the end of October.

Without accurate information on existing systems, it is difficult to recommend
with assurance and to coordinate frequencies for new systems.

Most sponsors and licensees have been cooperative and faithful in regularly filing their
information with the Council, and this is greatly appreciated. There are however, quite
a number who have not filed TI Reports, some for many years. The list below details
those systems for which current full information has not been provided.

In accordance with SLVRC policies established by the amateur community in this area,
available on this web site, these frequency coordinations are hereby suspended,
as indicated. Formal notices are being sent to available known contacts, and 30 days
following such notices if full TI Reports have not been received, the Coordinated status
of those systems will be revoked. Reinstatements where desired will
be considered new coordination actions, and will be subject to the availability
of frequencies that might be recommended without the likelihood of interference
to existing systems with Coordinated status.
If there are systems listed that are no longer in operation, or other inaccuracies
in the information below, please inform the Secretary, SLVRC as soon as possible.
Please note that Coordinated status of some systems listed here have been
cancelled for normal administrative or other reasons.
